Access & Login

How do I log in to NSPEC?

1. Navigate to https://inspect-app.nspec.app/login
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click "Sign In"

First time logging in? Use the temporary password provided by your administrator and you'll be prompted to create a new password.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

1. Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for reset instructions
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours.

Can I use NSPEC on my mobile device?

Yes! NSPEC is fully mobile-responsive. You can:
- Access it through any mobile browser
- Add it to your home screen for app-like experience
- Use all features on tablets and smartphones
- Note: Offline capability is only available in the native iOS app

My photos won't upload. What should I do?

- Checking file format: Use JPG, PNG, or HEIC
- Verifying file size: Individual photos should be under 50MB
- Testing connection: Try uploading a single small photo
- Restarting browser: Clear cache and try again
- Using different browser: Sometimes browser extensions interfere

My report won't generate. How do I fix this?

Account Management

How do I add new users to NSPEC?
