App Store

The App Store is where tenant admins browse, enable, and disable apps for their organization. Each app has a tier (built-in, platform, or custom), a category, and a description. Enabling an app makes it available on the Home dashboard for users who have the right group permissions.

Administrator access required. Only users with tenant admin or super admin permissions can access the App Store.

Accessing the App Store

1. From the Home screen, find the Settings and Analytics section
2. Click the App Store tile

Browsing Apps

The App Store displays all available apps as cards. Each card shows:

• App name and icon
• Description — what the app does
• Tier badge — Built-in (free, included), Platform (premium add-on), or Custom (tenant-developed)
• Category — Communication, Productivity, Admin, Analytics, or Integration
• Status — Enabled or Disabled for your tenant

Enabling and Disabling Apps

1. Find the app you want to change
2. Click the enable/disable toggle on the app card
3. Enabled apps appear as tiles on the Home dashboard (subject to group permissions set in the Administration Permissions tab)
4. Disabled apps are hidden from all users

Built-in apps like Chat Interface, Good News, and Helpful Links are enabled by default and free for all tenants. Platform and custom apps may require additional configuration.

Troubleshooting

I enabled an app but it doesn't appear on the Home screen

Solutions:

• Check the Permissions tab in Administration — the app may be hidden from your group
• Check the Dashboard Layout tab — the app card may not be placed on the layout yet
• Refresh the browser — changes may take a moment to propagate
